New Floor
We're in the process of preparing the house for the next remodeling project and one of the things we're planning to do is putting hardwood floors in the living room and the hall. There are already hardwood floors in the three bedrooms. Jim and I pulled the carpet out of the green room. Here is a picture of the floor under the carpet. We are excited about how good looking it is.

Those floors do look great. They should be a snap to refinish. That will add so much value to your house.
