We spent almost all day driving home, except when we stopped in Le Clair, Iowa at lunch time. We saw Antique Archeology and ate at the A & W there. We are home now and had a WONDERFUL trip! It all went as planned without any problems, it was great.
American Pickers is a show on the History channel. It's about two guys who travel the country stopping at people's houses and going through the junk that they have collected and buying some of it. They then sell it in their stores (they have the one in Iowa and one in Nashville). And no, we didn't get to meet the pickers. The girl at the shop said that they only come into the store a couple of times a month and that Danielle usually works from home. There were a lot of people there though. It seems to draw a lot of people like us who like the show.
